The Metaphysics of Emotion: Energy in Motion

CORE-038 Beginner · A
Bashar defines emotion as 'energy in motion' (e-motion), the physical body's translation of vibrational frequency into felt experience. He teaches that emotions are not reactions to external events but internal indicators of belief alignment. Positive emotions (joy, excitement, love) indicate that your current thought or circumstance is aligned with your higher self's path. Negative emotions (fear, anger, sadness) indicate misalignment—they are the emotional GPS telling you that your current belief or direction is not serving your highest good. Bashar emphasizes that emotions should never be suppressed; they are meant to be felt, acknowledged, and used as guidance. The technique: when you feel a negative emotion, do not ask 'Why is this happening to me?' but 'What belief is creating this feeling?' The emotion is a gift—it brings unconscious beliefs into conscious awareness so they can be changed. He also notes that emotional intensity amplifies manifestation power; this is why passionate people create more rapidly than apathetic people.
