The fourth point is nutrition. Bashar teaches that food is frequency—not just calories and nutrients but vibrational information that either aligns with or disrupts your body's field. He generally recommends a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and lean proteins, while reducing processed foods, sugar, and artificial substances. However, Bashar strongly emphasizes that the belief about the food is as important as the food itself. If you eat a 'junk food' with guilt, the negative belief does more harm than the food. Conversely, if you eat something with gratitude and enjoyment, your body can integrate it better. This is not a license for poor nutrition but a recognition that consciousness modulates biology. Bashar also mentions that as humanity shifts frequency, many will naturally move toward lighter, plant-based diets, but the timing of that shift is individual.
