Media and Information Diet: Curating Your Consciousness Input

REL-056 Deep ·
Bashar addresses the critical importance of consciously managing one's information consumption in the modern media-saturated environment. He explains that every piece of information carries a vibrational signature—fear-based news, sensationalism, and conflict-oriented programming literally lower the receiver's frequency through emotional manipulation. The media functions as a mass consciousness programming system, and most of what is presented as 'news' is actually carefully selected to reinforce specific belief systems and emotional states that serve existing power structures. Bashar does not advocate ignorance of world events but recommends a 'conscious information diet': (1) Limit exposure to fear-based media to what is necessary for practical decisions. (2) Cultivate direct sources of information rather than processed narratives. (3) Balance any negative information with positive, uplifting content. (4) Practice 'information fasting'—regular periods without media consumption to allow your own inner guidance to surface. (5) Most importantly, ask before consuming any media: 'Does this excite me? Does this empower me? Does this help me create the reality I prefer?' If the answer is no, choose differently.
