Economic Transformation: From Scarcity to Abundance Systems

Bashar foresees a fundamental economic transformation on Earth over the next century. The current debt-based, competition-driven monetary system is incompatible with higher consciousness and will gradually be replaced by resource-based abundance models. Key milestones: the decentralization of currency through blockchain and similar technologies; the automation of labor leading to universal basic income experiments; the development of free energy technologies that collapse the energy-for-profit model; and the shift from ownership to access models. Bashar notes that the transition will not be smooth—entrenched power structures resist change. However, technological inevitability and generational consciousness shifts will overcome this resistance. He teaches that the underlying belief shift is from 'there is not enough' to 'the universe is infinitely abundant, and our only job is to align with that abundance.' The new economy will value creativity, connection, and consciousness over accumulation and control.
