Bashar names the Ennanika as the fourth hybrid race, with the fifth remaining unnamed because it is so far in the future that even Bashar's civilization does not have a fixed name for it. The Ennanika have the least human DNA of all hybrid races and serve as ambassadors to deeper space and more advanced civilizations. They are essentially the 'diplomats' of the hybrid family, maintaining connections with non-humanoid and inter-dimensional intelligences. The unnamed fifth race represents the full integration of human and Essassani genetics into a new species that will eventually populate other worlds. Bashar emphasizes that all five races are not 'replacing' humanity but are humanity's own offspring—literal genetic descendants of Earth humans who volunteered to participate in the hybridization program at a soul level. This is why contact is ultimately reunion, not invasion.
