He advises prioritizing sleep as a sacred practice: maintain a consistent schedule, create a dark and cool environment, avoid screens for an hour before bed, and use the pre-sleep period to set intentions. He also warns that sleep deprivation is not just physical fatigue but a disconnection from your guidance system, which manifests as poor decision-making, emotional volatility, and reduced manifestation capacity.
