Bashar explains that apparent manifestation failure is never random. There are several common mechanisms: (1) You are manifesting according to your dominant belief, not your conscious desire. If you consciously want wealth but subconsciously believe 'rich people are evil,' you will sabotage yourself. (2) You are actually manifesting the 'story' of wanting but not having. Some people are more comfortable in desire than in fulfillment. (3) You are getting your manifestation but not recognizing it because it arrived in a different form than expected. (4) Your higher self has a broader perspective and knows the timing is not optimal. Bashar's advice: 'Examine what you ARE getting, not what you are NOT getting. That will show you your true belief.' The solution is radical honesty about your actual definitions and the willingness to change them.
