The Four Steps to Change Any Belief

PRAC-020
Bashar provides a systematic protocol for belief change: Step 1—Identify the limiting belief.
Bashar provides a systematic protocol for belief change: Step 1—Identify the limiting belief. Write it down precisely: 'I believe that...' Step 2—Trace its origin. When and from whom did you learn this? Was it from a parent, teacher, culture, or a past experience? Step 3—Evaluate its validity. Ask: Is this absolutely true for everyone, or was it just true in one context? Step 4—Replace with a preferred belief. Create a new statement that feels slightly better but not so unbelievable that you reject it immediately. Then reinforce the new belief through repetition, visualization, and acting 'as if' it were true. Bashar adds a fifth implicit step: patience. Beliefs are like grooves in a record; it takes multiple plays to establish a new track. Do not expect instant results, but do expect progress if you persist.
