Dreamwork: Lucid Dreaming and Dream Interpretation

PRAC-022
Bashar teaches that dreams are not random neurological noise but meaningful journeys into parallel realities and communications from the higher self.
Bashar teaches that dreams are not random neurological noise but meaningful journeys into parallel realities and communications from the higher self. He distinguishes three types of dreams: (1) Processing dreams—working through daily experiences and emotions. (2) Parallel reality dreams—experiencing other probable selves and timelines. (3) Contact dreams—meetings with guides, deceased loved ones, or ET intelligences. Lucid dreaming (becoming conscious within the dream) is a skill that can be developed through reality checks during waking hours and intention-setting before sleep. Bashar advises keeping a dream journal, looking for recurring symbols, and asking your higher self for clarity before bed. He also mentions that some 'dreams' are actually out-of-body experiences disguised as dreams to avoid frightening the ego. The practice of dreamwork expands your sense of identity beyond the physical self and develops your ability to navigate non-physical realities.
