Bashar addresses both sides of power dynamics: the disempowered who attract dominators (because their belief in powerlessness creates the mirror), and the dominators who are desperately trying to fill an internal void. The solution for both is the same: return to self-creation. 'When you know you are the source of your reality, no one can take your power, and you have no desire to take anyone else's.' He advises examining where in your life you feel powerless and applying the four steps to change that belief.
