Personal Past Life Exploration: Techniques for Accessing Soul Memory

TIME-023 Deep · B
Bashar teaches that past life memories are accessible because all incarnations exist simultaneously in the oversoul's experience. He provides several techniques for personal exploration: (1) Deep meditation with the intention to 'remember who else I have been.' (2) Dream incubation—setting the intention before sleep to visit another lifetime. (3) Guided past life regression with a qualified facilitator using relaxed trance states. (4) Spontaneous recall triggered by visiting a location, meeting a person, or experiencing a sensation that resonates with a past life. (5) Artistic expression—allowing images, feelings, and stories to emerge through writing or painting without conscious censorship. Bashar cautions that the goal is not entertainment or escapism but understanding current life patterns. 'Your past lives are not stories about who you were; they are clues about why you believe what you believe now.' He also warns that not all past life impressions are accurate—some are symbolic, some are parallel life bleed-through, and some are collective archetypes rather than personal history.
