Emotional Navigation System

Emotional Navigation System

Definition

Bashar teaches that emotions serve as a guidance system — the 'Emotional Navigation System.' Negative emotions indicate you are believing something that is out of alignment with your true self. Positive emotions indicate alignment. Bashar specifically states that 'anxiety is excitement without breath' — the same energy interpreted differently based on belief. By changing beliefs about a situation, the emotional response changes, providing continuous feedback about whether your current beliefs serve your highest good.
